Invoicing with Zoho Invoice

Invoicing is essential in any business. Invoicing tools are very helpful for anyone who has an online business, online marketers or even virtual assistants. Using an online invoicing tool could save you time because it eliminates doing hand-written notes, you can send recurring invoice to certain clienteles, clone invoices, and you can keep track of the payments you received or haven’t received yet.

There are many invoicing tools available; some are free some for a price. However, I think the best invoicing tools are those that are web based as you need not install a software on your computer, plus, you can access and send invoices anywhere you go. One of the best online invoicing tool is SageSpark Billing Boss. Unfortunately, SageSpark Billing Boss no longer accepts new sign ups as it will be retiring on December 2012. But do not fret as there are more online invoicing tools out there and the tool I chose for this post is ZOHO Invoice.

ZOHO Invoice is a part of the ZOHO Office Suite, a web based online office suite which comprises of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and other applications. ZOHO Invoice can be integrated with other ZOHO applications. Just like other invoicing tools, ZOHO invoice supports multiple currencies too plus it is available for mobile devices as an app for iPhone or android.

ZOHO Invoice is available in three plans, the Free plan, Standard plan, and Professional plan. Below is a table comparison of the ZOHO Invoice Plans.

Features of ZOHO Invoice Includes the following,

  • Accept online payments
  • Branding invoices and estimates
  • Predefined templates & layout customization
  • Multi currency & multi lingual support
  • Track expenses
  • Save invoices and estimates as PDF
  • Invoice tracking and overdue reminders
  • Recurring invoices
  • User friendly reports

Below is another guide I made and this time it’s about ZOHO Invoice. Hope you find this useful.
